Love me some Irish cooking

Tonite we had:

Corned Beef with cabbage, potatoes and carrots
I added one bottle of Dark Guiness to the beef and then covered with water. I cooked the rest in a beef broth and water mix
Irish Cheddar Cheese
Irish Soda Bread with currants
This tastes almost like a cake, and I wish I could take credit for it, but I found it at a local market
Irish Butter
It is a very pure and sweet butter
Killian's Red Ale

I am a happy, full Irishman tonight
